Polly

In loving memory of our beloved Polly, who sadly passed in December 2022. Polly came into our lives in 2014 and was a sweet, shy rescue cat from Battersea Dog & Cats Home in London. She settled in well with us at home and was a loving companion and guardian of the children when they were very young. She loved exploring in the garden, often bringing us back earthworms or small furry creatures as gifts! She didn’t get on well with the neighbourhood cats at all and many a cat fight would break out! She loved nothing more than curling up on our laps, purring and snoring away, or sunning herself at the window! As she got older her kidney’s started to give her some bother, but we managed to make the move to Ireland in early 2022 as she travelled with us to our new home in Clonakilty, West Cork. Later that year, she took a turn for the worse and we had to say goodbye to our dear Polly. She is simply irreplaceable and will never be forgotten by us, the children and anyone who met her. Rest easy sweet girl.
