When he came into our life he was down on his luck, he was underweight leg's cut by barbed wire and a rug that was tied on with bailing twine. Once we saw him we knew we couldn't leave him, and took him home the next day. That lead to fifteen happy year's he was always an absolute gentleman. Always pleased to see you, he would follow you around the yard nosing at what you were doing. And when you rode him he always filled you with confidence and took care of you. Parting with him was the hardest decision we've ever had to make but the kindest thing for him, we miss him calling to us when we pull up in the car. We'll never have another one like him.
